Of course this is the same chart that we used in the previous example and I’m using it purposely to show you how the two trades compare. First, the Free Trade requires more money to put on than the Bear Put spread. Here we have to put up ,362 to buy this Put whereas in the Bear Put Spread we only had to put up the debit or 7.50. Of course we can still only risk 0 on this trade and get out if the Put drops in value by 0 or down to 2.50. 

          I want you to keep in mind that by taking more risk, you will also have greater profits! More risk = more money! Less risk = less money. Always keep this in mind when trading. 

          The challenge in doing this, vs. doing a spread, is that our ,365 Put could lose 0 in value quickly if the price goes back up and breaks the prior resistance. Also if the price just goes sideways then we could also lose 0 quickly to time decay. But if we are willing to take the risk then we will make more than we would on the Bull Put Spread. Remember…. More risk = more reward.
